in the sun.
Wear sun protective clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, and UV-blocking sunglasses. Use sunscreen, even on cloudy days, and after swimming or sweating.
6 – 7 (Orange) High	Protection required- reduce time in the sun, wear
sun protective clothing, sunscreen.
Limit direct sun exposure by seeking shade or wear sun protective clothing, a
wide-brimmed hat, and UV-blocking sunglasses. Use sunscreen, even on cloudy
days, and after swimming or sweating.

Very High	Protection essential – seek shade, wear sun
protective clothing, sunscreen and sun glasses.
Avoid direct sun exposure by staying in shade or wear sun protective clothing, a
wide-brimmed hat, and UV-blocking sunglasses. Use sunscreen, even on cloudy
days, and after swimming or sweating.

in minutes. Reschedule outdoor activates for
early morning and evenings.
Avoid direct sun exposure by staying in shade or wear sun protective clothing, a
wide-brimmed hat, and UV-blocking sunglasses. Use sunscreen, even on cloudy
