Spectacle Lens X 2 VISION 5B USER MANUAL SPECIFICATIONS Introduction Vision 5B X 1 SMART SUNGLASSES Vision 5B is a pair of stylish sunglasses with a wireless bone conduction headphone-free Bluetooth communication system. They can communicate wirelessly via Bluetooth with all smart phones and the other everyday electronic devices, such as MP3 players, PCs and Apple systems, allowing you to easily and safely listen to music and phone calls without being constrained by wires. While you are skiing, cycling ,driving your car, jogging, or simply walking and sitting, you will do so with an improved level of personal safety, because Vision 5B is based on the bone- conduction system which allows you to hear good and clear sound through your bones directly to your internal ear while still being able to safely hear the sounds around you. SMART SUNGLASSES VISION 5B The Pairing process is required only when the product is used for the frst time . From the second time on, when you push the power switch, “ON”, some phones will reconnect automatically while others will show the message, “Do you want to connect with Vision 5B?” If you see this message, you must push “OK”. -01- USER MANUAL Bluetooth Connecting Operation SMART SUNGLASSES VISION 5B USER MANUAL -02- PRODUCT & BUTTONS Buttons Function Operations Current Ststus Function Choice Auto answer To avoid mis-pairing with other devices, please locate your Vision 5B and the device that you wish to pair it with as close as possible (best within 1 meter). Please also be sure that there are no other devices with the pairing code “0000" (four zeros) active nearby. Press and hold the Power ON button for 2 seconds, until the green and red LED fashes alternately. Vision 5B is in pairing mode now. Search for Vision 5B using your phone or other device. For more information on how to search for a Bluetooth device, please refer to the instruction manual of your phone/device. Select “Vision 5B" form the list of devices discovered from your phone or music reader. Follow the onscreen steps to confrm the selection. Please Note: Some models of phones or music devices also may require you to insert a password. In this case, please enter the passkey “0000" (four zeros). When pairing is successful, the green LED will fash slowly. In the future, you will not need to pair again. You will only have to follow the normal power on procedure. Remove Bluetooth connection: Power of you Vision 5B. Place your Vision 5B out of the Bluetooth sensing distance of the paired device, select the disconnection function on the paired device, and follow the procedure. -03- Pairing Procedures Your new Vision 5B can be connected only to mobile phones, music readers, GPS navigators and other devices that are equipped with Bluetooth communication system. Vision 5B has an auto-answer function for incoming calls. Incoming calls will be answered automatically after 6 seconds. To reject a call, Press and hold the power ON button for 2 seconds. Voice Dialing Vision 5B allows Voice Dialing phone calls. This feature is supported only by mobile phones that include the voice dial feature. Pronounce clearly the pre-recorded voice tag stored in the mobile and follow the voice instructions. Bone Speaker Voice Dialing Volume can be adjusted to 4 preset levels. Volume increases by one level each time the volume button is pushed. Volume returns to level 1 by pushing once on the volume button when it’s at the maximum level 4. For a better sound, the Vision 5B should be set to balance the volume of the Vision 5B with the volume of the cell phone. The Vision 5B should be set to medium/low and the cell. phone to medium high. Restore Operation to the Factory Settings In the event the user has problems with the pairing with another device or the device has crashed, it will be necessary to reset the functions and restore to the factory settings using the following method: In the stand-by mode, press the power ON button and volume button simultaneously for 6 seconds, until you hear 2 beeps.
