The external antenna connectors on this device are standard polarity female SMA
connector. The requirement of Part 15.203 of the FCC rules for a permanently attached
antenna or for an antenna that uses a unique coupling is not applicable, as the device will
always be professionally installed in the field.
The installer shall be responsible for ensuring that an antenna similar to the authorised
antenna is employed with the system so that the Part15, 22 and 24 radiation limits are not
exceeded. The antenna data-sheets are attached for reference.
