This device must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be collocated or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. This device can only be used when installed in a host device that follows the required instructions for use of a trace reference design. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. The host integrator and end-users must be provided with specific operating instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The host integrator must follow the integration instructions provided by the module manufacturer and ensure that the composite-system end product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules and to KDB Publication 996369. The host integrator is instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device.
