1. The host device must be professionally installed by an installer authorized by the grantee.
2. This device and host are approved for operation with the Spectrum Bridge TVWS database.
3. This device and host may only be used with a 90 degree HP BW sectorized antenna of 11 dBi gain or less, a 120 degree HP BW sectorized antenna of 6 dBi gain or less, an OMNI antenna of 6 dBi gain or less, or other antennas subsequently approved by the FCC to operate specifically with this device.
4. Users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The host shall be installed to ensure that persons maintain a distance of at least 40 cm from the device.
