The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the module. For mobile and fixed operating configurations, the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 3 dBi for satisfying RF exposure compliance requirement. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the EIRP power limits as specified in Parts 15. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. The host integrator installing this module into their product must ensure that the final composite product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules, including the transmitter operation and should refer to guidance in KDB 996369.
