Device must be operated to insure a minimum separation distance of 20cm from user and may not be colocated with other antennas. The module grantee is responsible for providing the documentation to the system integrator on restrictions of use, for continuing compliance of the module. The host integrator installing this module into their product must ensure that the final composite product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules, including the transmitter operation and should refer to guidance in KDB 996369. Approval is limited to OEM installation only. This grant is for use in Schneider electronic devices only. Integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Only those antenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. A Class II is required to install this module in all new hosts devices and SAR evaluation is required for use in Portable devices as there is no on board shielding.
