For mobile operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed the gains documented in this filing for satisfying RF exposure compliance, as defined in 2.1091. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and/or EIRP power limits as specified in Parts 22/24/27/90.
