Output power is conducted for modular approval. This grant is valid only when the module is sold to OEM integrators and must be installed by the OEM or OEM integrators. The antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users may not be provided with the module installation instructions. OEM integrators and end-users must be provided with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.

Compliance of this device in all final product configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. Installation of this device into specific final products may require the submission of a Class II permissive change application containing data pertinent to RF exposure, emissions and host/module authentication, or new application if appropriate.

The maximum antenna gain including cable loss for compliance with radiated power limits, RF exposure requirements and the categorical exclusion requirements of 2.1091 is 8.5dBi for 1900MHz (LTE FDD 2/25) and 1700MHz (LTE FDD 4), 5.5dBi for 1700MHz (LTE TDD 66), 9dBi for 800MHz/700MHz (LTE FDD 5/12/13/14/17/26).

This module can only be used with a host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided.
