gt=numeric gain of the transmitting antenna (unitess)
E=electric field strength in V/m
d=measurement distance in meters (m)
According to the formula described above:
Emax=94.69dBuv/m=0.054V/m, d=3m, gt=1.79
Pt=(E x d)2/(30 x gt)=(0.054x3)2 / (30x1.79)=0.0004887W=0.49mW
The result is rounded to one decimal place for comparison
