Grant CommentsSingle Modular Approval. Power listed is maximum combined conducted output power. Device operates with specific antennas in MIMO configurations as described in this filing. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed applications. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20-cm from all persons and must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except as in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not exceed a maximum gain of 2.5 dBi. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions and labeling requirements for finished products. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Separate approval is required for all other operating configurations, including portable configurations with respect to 2.1093 and different antenna configurations. This device has a 20 and 40 MHz bandwidth mode. This module can only be used with a host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided. This C2PC is to authorize a specific host device configuration as a Limited Single Modular approval that results when this module is installed in the grantee’s Connectivity Control Unit, Model CCU-2. In this configuration, channel bandwidth is limited to 20 MHz for the DTS 2412 – 2462 MHz band. Additionally, the conducted output power is limited to 0.0081 W for the DTS 2412 – 2462 MHz band; 0.0025 W for the DTS 2402 – 2480 MHz band; and 0.0036 W for the DSS 2402 – 2480 MHz band.
