| Class II Permissive Change Single Modular Approval. Output power listed is maximum conducted power. The integration of this modular approved transmitter using the Open CPU version into any end product is strictly limited to the grantee use only. Integration by any other party than the grantee requires first a change in identification filing according to §2.933. When using a reference trace, this module can only be used when installed in a host device that follows the required instructions for use of a trace reference design. This filing meets the SAR threshold exclusion set forth in KDB 447498 and therefore can be used in mobile/portable configurations. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions. The OEM integrators must be instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. OEM integrators and end-users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Only those antennas tested with the device or similar antennas with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. This Permissive Change authorizes use of two new antennas only with the BLE GFSK 1 Mbps emission, each for a specific host and at reduced output power, as documented in the filing. |
