Qualified end-users of this device must have the knowledge to control the exposure conditions of vehicle passengers, and of bystanders to ensure a minimum separation distance of 60 cm is maintained between the antenna and persons outside of the vehicle for satisfying MPE compliance. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 40 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
