Approval is limited to OEM installation only in LCD Projectors that provide regulated 3.3 VDC to the module to guarantee stable power supply according to the requirements of DA 00-1407. Additionally, this device is only approved for mobile configurations where the antenna(s) used for this transmitter are installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons during transmission and is not be collocated or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter other than those contained within this application. Only the antennas documented in the filing are approved for use with this device. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions. OEM integrators and end-users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device.
