Occupational/Controlled MPE evaluation covers fixed-mounted and mobile operation up to 26.0 W EIRP for use with a 2.15 dBi antenna and a duty factor not exceeding 50%. The antenna must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 92.2 cm from all bystanders and 41.2 cm from the operator during use with a duty factor not exceeding 50%. All qualified end-users of this device must receive training to have the knowledge to control their exposure conditions and/or duration to comply with Occupational /Controlled exposure limit and also have control of the exposure conditions of bystanders for complying with General Population/Uncontrolled exposure limit. A label, as described in this filing, must be displayed on the device to direct users to specific training information for meeting Occupational Exposure Requirements and users must be provided with the training information. This device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
