Additional evaluation and approval is required prior to use in in portable RF exposure configurations. This module must be installed by the OEM or OEM integrator. Instructions on installation of this module may not be provided to the end user. Only those antenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. This transmitter is restricted to indoor use in the 5150MHz to 5250MHz frequency range. The antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
