There must be an informational insert inside the box (product package) or the User’s Manual must include information that clearly informs the consumer (buyer/owner) when the radio is transmitting on GMRS frequencies, that operation on GMRS frequencies requires an FCC license and such operation is subject to additional rules specified in 47 C.F.R. Part 95. This transmitter has been tested for SAR compliance in Push-to-Talk and body-worn operating configurations. Hand held and body-worn SAR compliance is limited to the specific antennas / belt-clips / holsters / accessories tested for this device. Users must be provided with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This device complies with OET Bulletin 65 for General Population use. The highest reported SAR levels are: Head: 0.243 W/kg for 50% Duty Cycle, Body: 0.554 W/kg for 50% Duty Cycle.
