| Class II Permissive Change to add an antenna. Single Modular Approval. Output power is conducted. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application; and co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously are required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance; and the module antenna(s) must be installed to meet the RF exposure compliance separation distance of 20 cm. OEM integrators must ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. The host integrator installing this module into their product must ensure that the final composite product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules, including the transmitter operation and should refer to guidance in KDB 996369. For mobile and fixed operating configurations, the antenna gain must not exceed following for satisfying RF exposure compliance. GSM 850, WCDMA B5, LTE B5: 4.00 dBi, GSM 1900, WCDMA B2, LTE B2: 5.33 dBi, WCDMA B4, LTE B4: 6.19 dBi, LTE B12/B13/B17: 4.35 dBi. When operating with gains greater than 2.8 dBi in the GSM 850 band and 2.0 dBi in the GSM 1900 band the output power reduction detailed in this filing must be enabled for the GSM modes. System installers must be provided with adequate instructions to ensure the correct power settings are enabled for the antennas being used. End user installation is not permitted. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Parts 22, 24 and 27. This device has bandwidth mode LTE B2/B4: 1.4/3/5/10/15/20 MHz, LTE B5/B12: 1.4/3/5/10 MHz, LTE B13/B17: 5/10 MHz. |

| C2PC filing for changing to single module by adding the RF shielding case and disabling LTE Band 17 via software. Power output listed is conducted. Values listed for LTE operations are for highest power and widest bandwidth for each LTE band and modulation. This device supports LTE bandwidths of: 1.4/3/5/10/15/20 MHz modes in Band 2 (1850-1910 MHz) and Band 4 (1710-1755 MHz); 1.4/3/5/10 MHz modes in Band 5 (824-849 MHz) and Band 12 (699 716 MHz); and 5/10 MHz modes in Band 13 (777-787 MHz). Alternative antennas must respect the highest permitted antenna gains as documented in this filing, taking cable loss into account. The antenna(s) must be installed such that a minimum separation distance of at least 20 cm is maintained between the radiator (antenna) and all persons at all times. The transmitter module must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Grantee must coordinate with OEM integrators to determine applicable host configurations to ensure RF exposure compliance. |

The transmitter module must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Grantee must coordinate with OEM integrators to determine applicable host configurations to ensure RF exposure compliance. |
