Grant CommentsOutput power is conducted maximum per 90.205(r); nominal output power is 50 Watts. RF exposure compliance was evaluated using 2.15 dBi or 5.15 dBi vehicle-mount antennas only. Qualified end-users of this device must have the knowledge to control the exposure conditions of vehicle passengers, and of bystanders to ensure a minimum separation distance of 90 cm is maintained between the antenna and persons outside of the vehicle for satisfying MPE compliance. All qualified end users of this device must receive training to have the knowledge to control their exposure conditions and/or duration to comply with Occupational /Controlled exposure limit and also have control of the exposure conditions of bystanders for complying with General Population/Uncontrolled exposure limit. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 90 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
