This device is intended for work related operation in Occupational/Controlled MPE exposure conditions. This approval applies only to fixed-mounted and mobile operation for use with maximum 4.65 dBi antenna and minimum separation distances described in the filing with a duty factor not exceeding 50%. All qualified end-users of this device must receive training to have the knowledge to limit their exposure conditions and/or duration to comply with Occupational /Controlled exposure requirements and also to limit the exposure conditions of bystanders or passengers for compliance with General Population/Uncontrolled exposure requirements. A label, as described in this filing, must be displayed on the device to direct users to specific training information for meeting Occupational Exposure Requirements.
