| Class II Permissive Change to allow configuration and user installation in specific portable laptop/tablet hosts T734/TH734 Fujitsu notebook PC. Power out is conducted at the antenna terminal. Single Modular Approval. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed applications unless additional requirements have been met as described in this filing. . The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter evaluation procedures as documented in this filing. Operation in portable host configurations requires additional SAR evaluation and certification. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must insure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module except in specific hosts with 2-way BIOS lock described in this filing. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 6.5 dBi at 800 MHz and/or 850 MHz, 3.0 dBi at 1900 MHz, 9.0 dBi at 700 MHz and 6 dBi at 1700 MHz as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and/or EIRP power limits as specified in Part 22, 24, 27 and 90. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. The highest reported SAR for stand-alone and simultaneous transmission exposure conditions are 0.84 W/kg and 0.89 W/kg, respectively. |
| BC: | The output power is continuously variable from the value listed in this entry to 5%-10% of the value listed. |

| Class II Permissive Change to allow configuration in specific tablet host model Q704. Use of this module in hosts implementing power reduction, such as this tablet, is limited to hosts manufactured by the grantee and added through C2PC procedures. Power output is conducted at the antenna terminal. Single Modular Approval. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed applications unless additional requirements have been met as described in this filing. OEM integrators must insure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module except in specific hosts with 2-way BIOS lock described in previous C2PC filing.
The highest reported SAR for stand-alone and simultaneous transmission exposure conditions in this filing are 1.51 W/kg and 1.57 W/kg, respectively. The highest reported SAR for stand-alone and simultaneous transmission exposure conditions across all filings under this FCC ID are 1.51 W/kg and 1.57 W/kg, respectively. |
| BC: | The output power is continuously variable from the value listed in this entry to 5%-10% of the value listed. |

| Power out is conducted at the antenna terminal. Single Modular Approval. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter evaluation procedures as documented in this filing. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must insure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. |
| BC: | The output power is continuously variable from the value listed in this entry to 5%-10% of the value listed. |
