| This is a Modular Approval. The maximum conducted power output is listed above. The only antennas approved for use with this module are those documented in the filing. This Modular Approval is limited to OEM installation only and the OEM integrators must be provided with, and must follow, the Grantees antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The Antenna and radiating surfaces used must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons to satisfy the requirements of 2.1091. The module is approved for use in the Grantees MC9060 short and Brick hosts. The maximum measured SAR level in the MC9060 brick host is 1.16 W/kg. The maximum measured SAR level in the MC9060 short host is 0.751 W/kg. To maintain SAR compliance for body-worn operating configurations only non-metallic belt clips / holsters which maintain a minimum distance of 1 cm between the device and body are permitted.
