Only parabolic antennas may be used as specified in the filing and must be fix-mounted on permanent, outdoor structures, and must provide for a minimum separation distance of 5 meters (15.6 feet) from all persons during device operation. In order to ensure compliance with FCC RF Exposure requirements, the maximum EIRP may not exceed 60.5 dBm. The RF Exposure requirements of Section 1.1307(b)(3) must be satisfied when antennas are co-located at a site. The grantee must coordinate installation with installers and responsible parties to ensure RF Exposure compliance. |
