Repeater mode operation of this device is restricted to pair channels in a single band with the signal received from another station or device on one frequency retransmitted on a different frequency. This device must be restricted to work-related operations only in an Occupational/Controlled RF exposure environment and must operate with a duty factor not exceeding 50% for 40W operating mode and 100% for 25W operating mode. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 94cm from all persons for the 40W, 50% for push-to-talk operating mode and 106cm from all persons for the 25W, 100% for repeater operating mode. The antenna used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users must be provided with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The antenna used for this transmitter must not be greater than 0 dBd.
