This device must transmit with a source-based time-averaging duty factor not exceeding 50%. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance from persons, depending on operating frequency, of at least 34-67 cm in an Occupational/Controlled environment and 90-161 cm in a General Population/Uncontrolled environment (bystanders). The antenna used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
