Grant CommentsOutput power is conducted. This device must be restricted to work-related operations in an Occupational / Controlled RF exposure environment, not exceeding a maximum transmitting duty cycle factor of 50%. All qualified end users of this device must have the knowledge to control the exposure condit ions of its passengers and bystanders by maintaining the minimum separation distance of 75 cm for General Population / Uncontrolled RF Exposure compliance as described in filings under this FCC ID. A label, as described in this filing, must be displayed on the device directing users to the specific training information required for meeting RF exposure requirements. End-users must be provided with the specific training information. Use of any other antenna, other than the one supplied, must be addressed at the time of licensing. The installer must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This transmitter is certified to operate only with the antennas and installation configurations described and tested for filings under this FCC ID. MPE compliance for specific collocated conditions and specific FCCIDs in limited frequency ranges was evaluated for passenger and bystander configurations as shown in this filing, and requires a separation distance of at least 90 cm from the vehicle body. This transmitter is certified to operate with the antennas and installation configurations tested in filings under this FCCID, with companion mobile radio operating in push-to-talk mode with a duty factor not exceeding 50%; output powers for companion mobile radios and the DVRS device must be limited as described in filing. Class II permissive change to certify minimum separation distances from the car for bystanders, and from the DVR antenna for passengers to satisfy FCC RF Exposure requirements as specified in the users’ manual and MPE test reports, when MOBEXCOM DVR UHF and Motorola VHF, UHF, 700 MHz and 800 MHz digital mobile radios (with Bluetooth and Wifi) and specific antennas are intended to be used as a package and transmits simultaneously. MPE measurements and SAR computation were performed on MOBEXCOM DVR UHF and these mobile radios authorized under FCC ID: AZ492FT7089.
