Grant CommentsOutput power listed is conducted. This device must be restricted for work related operations in an Occupational / Controlled RF exposure environment, not exceeding a maximum transmitting duty cycle factor of 50%. All qualified end users of this device must have the knowledge to control the exposure conditions of its passengers and bystanders by maintaining the minimum General Population / RF Exposure separation distances as described in filings under this FCC ID. A label, as described in this filing, must be displayed on the device to direct users to the specific training information required for meeting RF exposure requirements. End-users must be provided with the specific training information. Use of any other antenna, other than the one supplied, must be addressed at the time of licensing. The installer must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This transmitter is certified to operate only with the antennas and installation configurations described and tested for filings under this FCC ID. MPE compliance for specific transmitters and collocated conditions for operation with FCC IDs described in filings under this FCC ID was evaluated for specific passenger and bystander configurations, and requires a separation distance of at least 90 cm from the vehicle body. This transmitter is certified to operate with the antennas and installation configurations tested in filings under this FCC ID with companion mobile radio operating in push-to-talk mode with a duty factor not exceeding 50%; power for companion mobile must be limited per FCC ID as described in the applicable filings, and the DVRS is limited to 6 W conducted power into DVRS antenna.
