| Grant Comments | Power listed is the maximum combined conducted output power. Single modular approval for mobile RF Exposure conditions. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons and must not be collocated or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product guidelines. Approval is limited to OEM installations only. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions. OEM integrators and end users must be provided with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Only those antenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. Operations in the 5.15GHz - 5.25GHz band are restricted to indoor usage only. This device complies with the Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) requirements of Report and Order FCC 03-287 as a Client only without Radar Detection. Class II Permissive Change: This Class II permissive Change is to certify the U-NII-3 filing to the new rules. When module is integrated in tablet computer (Acer tablet computer model: P0KCC) and 2 antennas are added. The SAR data in this filing is applicable to demonstrate compliance for body operating conditions and is limited to the specific configuration tested for this filling. SAR has been evaluated at 0 mm. The highest SAR for body(Reported), Bluetooth(Estimated) and simultaneous(Sum) transmission exposure conditions are 1.28 W/kg, 0.17 W/kg & 1.58 W/kg. |
