Grant CommentsIn-Building DAS Industrial Booster. Power output listed is conducted. This Class B Booster is deployed with 5-Watt maximum ERP according to §90.219(d)(3). Users and installers must be provided with appropriate antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions, including antenna co-location requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This filing has compliance demonstration information and test data only for SISO (single-input single-output) booster system configurations; additional equipment authorization is required to allow this device to be used in MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) industrial booster systems. The antenna used for this transmitter is to be fixed-mounted on indoor / outdoor permanent structures. The single unit RF Exposure compliance for the device was based on maximum antenna gain 2.0 dBi in the VHF band and 1.8 dBi in the UHF bands with minimum separation distance 30 cm. RF exposure compliance must need to be addressed at the time of licensing as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-location requirements of §1.1307(b) (3) of the rules.
