Output power is ERP for Part 22, and EIRP for Part 24 and Part 27. This device contains 900 / 1800 MHz and WCDMA FDD band I functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. Device was tested for SAR compliance for use in notebook computers with connector configurations as described in this filing, and can be used with notebook computers with substantially similar physical dimensions, construction, and electrical and RF characteristics. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. A specific instruction label, as accepted for this filing, must be displayed on the device to inform users about the operating requirements for satisfying SAR compliance.
