1. This Class II Permissive Change (C2PC) is limited to the Aerohive Networks host Model AP120, with up to two modules which cannot both operate in the 5 GHz band. Furthermore, when the AP operates in the mesh mode, the two communicating APs will be independent DFS masters and both perform all required DFS detection functions.

2. This C2PC finished AP device is for indoor use only due to the inclusion of 5150-5250 MHz channels.

3. The antennas used for the finished AP device must maintain a separation distance of 20 cm from all human bodies and they must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other transmitter antenna.

4. Neither the professional installers nor end users are allowed to select country code or unauthorized frequency channels.

CC: This device is certified pursuant to two different Part 15 rules sections.
MO: This Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) device was evaluated for multiple transmitted signals as indicated in the filing.
ND: This UNII device complies with the Transmit Power Control (TPC) and Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) requirements in Section 15.407(h).
