This device is a mobile device with respect to RF exposure compliance and must be installed to maintain at least 20 cm from all persons to transmitting antennas, and must not be co-located or operate in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter except as documented in filings under this FCC ID and/or in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product guidelines. For mobile operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed the gains documented in this filing for, as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and/or EIRP power limits as specified in Part 22, 24 and 27. The Grantee is responsible for providing OEM instructions required for modular use and OEM integrators must insure the host product compliant to the required regulatory.
