The maximum radiated output power must satisfy the MPE Categorical Exclusion Requirements of §2.1091. RF exposure compliance may need to be addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-location requirements of §1.1307(b)(3). The maximum allowed antenna gain is 2.2 dBi. Uplink (outdoor) grant conditions: The antenna used for this transmitter must be fixed-mounted on outdoor permanent structures providing a separation distance of at least 58 cm from all persons during normal operation . RF exposure compliance is addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-location requirements of §1.1307(b)(3). The maximum allowed antenna gain is 15 dBi. The grant is made on the condition that if reports of interference occur all operations must cease and the grantee is responsible for working with licensees to resolve all legitimate complaints of such interference.
