The transmit antenna must be fixed-mounted on permanent structures, be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 540cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. This application covers only the system configuration with non-transmitting host unit connected to a base station, operations if any with host/master unit connected to antenna or amplifier in the uplink require separate equipment authorization. This equipment is authorized for operating at stations qualified under the conditions of FCC DA 13-2409 (1995-2000 MHz downlink transmissions are allowed at sites also having downlink transmissions in 2000-2020 MHz that are in accordance with all rules specified in DA 13-2409 at 47. This device is granted under FCC Waiver ID: DA13-2409
