1. The output power is conducted. 2. This device must be professionally installed by an installer authorized by Carlson Wireless Technologies, Inc. 3. This device is approved for operation with the Spectrum Bridge TVWS database. 4. Users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions, and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying all compliance requirements including those for RF Exposure and EMC. The device shall be installed to ensure that persons maintain a distance of at least 40 cm from the device. 5. May be used only with an omnidirectional antenna of 5dBi gain or less or antennas subsequently approved by the FCC to operate specifically with this device. 6. The approval includes the management software referred to as OMC. Any subsequent changes made to the OMC that may impact channel assignment lists provided by the TVWS database or connections with an alternate database provider thorough OMC must be approved through permissive change procedures.
