| Grant Comments | For fixed installations: the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance from all persons of at least 1.28 m for general population and bystanders, and 2.3 m for qualified occupational exposure conditions. All qualified end-users of this device must have the knowledge to control their exposure conditions and/or duration to comply with Occupational /Controlled exposure limit and also have control of the exposure conditions of bystanders for complying with General Population/Uncontrolled exposure limit. Antenna gain and cable loss must not exceed 30 dBi. RF exposure compliance may be further addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-location requirements of §1.1307(b)(3). For mobile installations: the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. Antenna gain and cable loss must not exceed 2 dBi. The device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Installers and end-users must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. All qualified end-users of this device must have the knowledge to control their exposure conditions and/or duration to comply with Occupational /Controlled exposure limit and also have control of the exposure conditions of bystanders for complying with General Population/Uncontrolled exposure limit.
