Grant CommentsPower Output listed is conducted. Modular Approval. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Grantee must provide installation and operating instructions for complying with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. This module is approved in mobile/portable configurations. Only those antenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. Grantee must coordinate with OEM integrator to determine applicable host configurations to ensure RF exposure compliance, including simultaneous transmission SAR requirements according to published KDB 616217 Supplement documentation. When all conditions of this filing cannot be met installation of this device into specific final products may require the submission of a permissive change application, containing appropriate data demonstrating compliance, or a new application. OEM/Host integrator must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions to satisfy RF exposure compliance. Device is a client only device containing a 2 x 2 MIMO configuration, enabled for either 2.4 or 5 GHz band operations as described in this filing. OEM/Host integrator is responsible for complying with the instructions and requirements for each transmitter they choose to integrate into a host product. This C2PC establishes portable category SAR conditions for the Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G4 IAP PC. The highest reported Body and Simultaneous SAR values are 0.49 W/kg and 0.96 W/kg respectively.

Power Output listed is conducted. Modular Approval. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multitransmitter product procedures. The highest reported Body and Simultaneous SAR values are 0.70W/kg and 1.50W/kg respectively.

This change is to request approval for portable category specific host notebook PC, HP model number - HSN-Q23C, with antenna WNC part no 81EABB15.G08 (Tx1 and Tx2) and WNC part no 81EABB15.G09 (Tx1 and Tx2).

Antenna is of the same type and lower gain from original approval. SAR testing was performed to demonstrate RF compliance.

CC: This device is certified pursuant to two different Part 15 rules sections.
MO: This Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) device was evaluated for multiple transmitted signals as indicated in the filing.

This transmitter has 20MHz, 40MHz, 80MHz bandwidth modes as described in this filing. Device is a client only device containing a 2 x 2 MIMO configuration, enabled for either 2.4 or 5 GHz band operations as described in this filing. OEM/Host integrator must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions to satisfy RF exposure compliance. OEM/Host integrator is responsible for complying with the instructions and requirements for each transmitter they choose to integrate into a host product. The highest reported Body and Simultaneous SAR values are 1.19W/kg and 1.23W/kg respectively.

This change is to request approval for portable category specific host notebook PC, Lenovo model number - Lenovo Legion Y540-17IRH, with antenna Amphenol part no DC33001KX00 (Tx1 and Tx2) and Speedwire part no DC33001KV00 (Tx1 and Tx2).

Antenna is of the same type and lower gain from original approval. SAR testing was performed to demonstrate RF compliance.

38: This device has shown compliance, in all grant-listed U-NII sub-bands, with the new rules for U-NII devices adopted under Docket No. 13-49 and may be marketed, manufactured or imported after the June 1, 2016 transition deadline.
CC: This device is certified pursuant to two different Part 15 rules sections.
MO: This Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) device was evaluated for multiple transmitted signals as indicated in the filing.
ND: This UNII device complies with the Transmit Power Control (TPC) and Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) requirements in Section 15.407(h).

Power Output listed is conducted. Modular Approval. The highest reported Body and Simultaneous SAR values at 4.25mm are 0.58W/kg and 1.43W/kg respectively and the highest reported Body and Simultaneous SAR values at 3.25mm are 0.43W/kg and 1.43W/kg respectively.

Change 1- This change establishes portable category SAR conditions for the Dell P96G with WNC 025.901G1.0011 Main and Aux antennas at 3.25mm spacing to antenna edge and HongBo 260-27301 Main and Aux antennas at 3.25mm spacing to antenna edge.

Change 2- This change establishes portable category SAR conditions for the Dell P96G with WNC 025.901G2.0011 Main and Aux antennas at 4.25mm spacing to antenna edge and HongBo 260-27302 Main and Aux antennas at 4.25mm spacing to antenna edge.
