Grant CommentsModular Approval. Power Output listed is conducted for UNII-1 to UNII-3 and EIRP for UNII-4 bands. UNII-4 Band is for indoor operation only. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Grantee must provide installation and operating instructions for complying with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. This module is approved in mobile/portable configurations. Only those antenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. Grantee must coordinate with OEM integrator to determine applicable host configurations to ensure RF exposure compliance, including simultaneous transmission SAR requirements according to published KDB 616217 supplement documentation. When all conditions of this filing cannot be met installation of this device into specific final products may require the submission of a permissive change application, containing appropriate data demonstrating compliance, or a new application. This transmitter has 20MHz, 40MHz, 80MHz and 160MHz bandwidth modes as described in this filing. Device is a client only device containing a 2 x 2 MIMO configuration, enabled for either 2.4 or 5 GHz band operations as described in this filing. OEM/Host integrator must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions to satisfy RF exposure compliance. OEM/Host integrator is responsible for complying with the instructions and requirements for each transmitter they choose to integrate into a host product. This filing meets MPE requirements of KDB 447498 and can be used in mobile configurations. Addition of a new antenna and antenna type for the UNII-4 Band. (Antenna type: Dipole Antenna Wieson Part no ARY121-0009-002-H0).

Power Output listed is conducted. Power output has been reduced at the upper bandedge channels as shown in filings under this FCC ID. Modular Approval. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multitransmitter product procedures. OEM/Host integrator must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions to satisfy RF exposure compliance. Device is a client only device containing a 2 x 2 MIMO configuration, enabled for either 2.4 or 5 GHz band operations as described in this filing. OEM/Host integrator is responsible for complying with the instructions and requirements for each transmitter they choose to integrate into a host product. This filing meets MPE requirements of KDB447498 and can be used in mobile configurations. Use in portable configurations requires appropriate evaluation and Permissive Change as required by RF exposure procedures.

This change is add a new antenna for a monopole type (AWAN part no. DQ60AML001) and a Loop type (AWAN part no. DQ60YF0006). All other hardware remains identical and all antenna gains are equal or less than those approved originally.

CC: This device is certified pursuant to two different Part 15 rules sections.
MO: This Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) device was evaluated for multiple transmitted signals as indicated in the filing.

Power Output listed is conducted. Modular Approval. This transmitter has 20MHz, 40MHz, 80MHz bandwidth modes as described in this filing. The highest reported Body and Simultaneous SAR values are 1.29W/kg and 1.55W/kg respectively.

This change establishes portable category SAR conditions for the Samsung model NP767XCM PC with Galtronics 02036507-07081 and 02036507-07082 antennas.

Antenna is of the same type and lower gain from original approval. SAR testing was performed to demonstrate RF compliance.

38: This device has shown compliance, in all grant-listed U-NII sub-bands, with the new rules for U-NII devices adopted under Docket No. 13-49 and may be marketed, manufactured or imported after the June 1, 2016 transition deadline.
CC: This device is certified pursuant to two different Part 15 rules sections.
MO: This Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) device was evaluated for multiple transmitted signals as indicated in the filing.
ND: This UNII device complies with the Transmit Power Control (TPC) and Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) requirements in Section 15.407(h).

Power Output listed is conducted. Modular Approval. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Grantee must provide installation and operating instructions for complying with FCC multitransmitter product procedures. This transmitter has 20MHz, 40MHz, 80MHz bandwidth modes as described in this filing.
