Grant CommentsOutput power is conducted. Limited Modular approval. Intended for OEM integration only. This device cannot be sold to the General Public. This is an OEM module approved for use in products operating as a mobile and portable transmitting device with respect to 2.1091 and 2.1093 as defined below. This device and its antenna must operate with a separation distance of at least 2.5 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. The grantee also must provide OEM integrators with installation and operating instructions for satisfying RF exposure requirements. The only antennas approved for use with this module are those documented in the filing, and must be installed in the manner specified therein. Use of different antennas requires a Class II permissive change. Instructions must be provided by the Grantee to the OEM that describe how this module must be installed into a final product in such a manner that only the authorized antenna(s) is (are) used, and it complies with the requirements of Section 15.203 (i.e., has either a permanently attached antenna or utilizes a unique connector) and to satisfy RF exposure requirements. Compliance of this module in its final configuration is the responsibility of the Grantee. Separate approval is required for all other operating configurations than described above, including portable configurations with respect to 2.1093
