Grant CommentsClass II Permissive Change : This device has shown compliance, in all grant-listed U-NII sub-bands, with the new rules for U-NII devices. Power listed is the maximum combined conducted output power. Device is a PCI-E Mini Card operating in 2x2 Spatial Multiplexing/Cyclic Delay Diversity MIMO and beam-forming configurations as described in this filing. Approval is limited to OEM installation only. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter except according to accepted multi-transmitter approval procedures. Additional equipment authorization is required for changes that result in the need for SAR evaluation. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions. OEM integrators and End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Device is restricted to indoor-only use for 5.15-5.25 GHz band. Approval is for operation as a client only device without radar detection.
