Grant CommentsSingle Modular Approval. Power out is conducted at the antenna terminal. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitters. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must insure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 9 dBi at 700 MHz and 6 dBi at 1700 MHz as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the EIRP power limits as specified in Part 27. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. This device has 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 13 (700MHz) and 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 4 (1700MHz). Class II Permissive Change for the radio module listed in this FCC grant to be co-located with Wi-Fi Module (FCC ID: QPU8000) and RFID Module (FCC ID: QV5MERCURY6-M). The device deploying these three co-located radio transmitters shall be used only for mobile and fixed application. For General Population / Uncontrolled Exposure, the antennas for these transmitters must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 30 cm from all persons, and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antennas or transmitters. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
