Grant CommentsOutput power is conducted. Limited Modular approval only for OEM integration of the device. This is an OEM modular device approved for use in products which operate as a mobile transmitting device with respect to Rule Part 2.1091 as defined below. This modular device and its antenna must operate with a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Grantee shall provide installation and operating instructions for satisfying RF exposure requirements to OEM integrators. End users may not be provided with instructions describing how to remove or install this modular device. The only antennas approved for use with this modular device are those documented in the filing, and shall be installed in the manner specified therein. Use of different antennas requires a Class II permissive change. Grantee shall provide instructions which describe how this modular device must be installed into a final product, such that only the authorized antenna(s) shall be used and it complies with the requirements of Rule Part 15.203 (i.e., has either a permanently attached antenna or utilizes a unique connector), to the OEM integrator. Compliance of this module in its final configuration is the responsibility of Grantee. Separate approval is required for portable configurations with respect to Rule Part 2.1093.
