ERP for operations under Part 90.219(e)(1) are limited to 5 Watts. The intended use is generally for industrial/commercial use and will not be sold to the general public. Professional installation is required. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter are to be fixed-mounted on indoor or outdoor structures. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 80cm for the uplink antenna and 110cm for the DL antenna from all persons. RF Exposure is addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-locating requirements of 1.1307(b)(3).
