The dwell time during any step of the GSSI GPR shall not exceed 0.04 percent of the devices minimum scan/cycle rate. 4. Sales of the GSSI GPR device authorized under this waiver are subject to an annual limit of 5,000 devices for each of the first two years and 10,000 devices each year thereafter. |
