Output power is maximum combined ERP. Limited Modular Approval limited to specific host device OneCell RP5100 Base Band Module. This module is approved for mobile and fixed use with respect to RF exposure compliance. The module antenna(s) must be installed to meet the RF exposure compliance separation distance of 20 cm and any additional testing and authorization process as required. Installers and end-users must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions and instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The final product operating with this transmitter must include operating instructions and antenna installation instructions, for end-users and installers to satisfy RF exposure compliance requirements. Multi-transmitter, supporting simultaneous transmission configurations, have not been evaluated and shall be evaluated according to KDB Publication 447498 and §15.31(h) and §15.31(k) composite system and § 2.1 end product terms and concepts. Compliance of this device in all final product configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. Installation of this device into other products may require the submission of a Class II permissive change application containing data pertinent to RF Exposure, emissions and host/module authentication, or new application. RF exposure compliance is addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-locating requirements of 1.1307 (b) (3).
