Grantee must provide installation and operating instructions for complying with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. This device is to be used in mobile or fixed applications only. For mobile and fixed operating configurations as documented in this filing the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 3.57 dBd at 850 MHz and 7.01 dBi at 1900 MHz for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Part 22H and 24E.

This device is limited to 3.8V DC supply only. The final product operating with this transmitter must include operating instructions and antenna installation instructions for end-users and installers to satisfy RF exposure compliance requirements. OEM integrators must ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use
