| Grant Comments | Power listed is the maximum conducted output power. Single Modular Approval for mobile RF exposure condition and also portable RF exposure condition with reduced power. The antenna (s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product guidelines. Portable configuration with minimum antenna to user distance of 5mm restriction has been evaluated for notebook configuration. The highest reported SAR for body and simultaneous transmission exposure condition is 0.43 W/kg and 1.20 W/kg respectively. Approval is limited to OEM installation only. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions. OEM integrators and end-users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end-user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Only those antenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. Class II Permissive Change with a decrease in the WLAN Output Power and to request approval for portable category specific host Notebook PC, model number ASUS CR1104CG, CR1104FG, CR1204CG, and CR1204FG with antenna INPAQ, part no. HQ26003000230 (WA-F-LE-03-002), HQ26003000240 (WA-F-LE-01-009), and INNOWAVE, part no. F001C8712190002, F001C8711590001. The highest reported Body and Simultaneous SAR values are 0.17 W/kg and 1.20 W/kg. |
