| Grant Comments | Power Output listed is EIRP. The device is restricted to indoor use only when operating in the 5925 to 7125 MHz frequency range. SAR compliance for body-worn operating configurations is limited to the belt- clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 10 mm separation between the device and the user's body. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The highest reported SAR for head, body-worn accessory, simultaneous transmission and product specific (10g SAR) exposure conditions are 0.11 W/kg, 0.05 W/kg, 1.58 W/kg and 0.31 W/kg, respectively. This device supports 20,40,80 and 160MHz bandwidths modes. |

| Output power listed is ERP below 1 GHz and EIRP above 1 GHz. The highest reported SAR for head, body-worn accessory, hotspot, simultaneous transmission and product specific (10g SAR) exposure conditions are 1.23 W/kg, 0.79 W/kg, 1.35W/kg, 1.58 W/kg and 3.25 W/kg, respectively. This device supports LTE of 1.4, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for FDD LTE Bands 2, 4, 25 and 66; 5, 10, 15 and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for FDD LTE Band 7, 71 and TDD LTE Band 38, 41, 42, 43; 1.4, 3, 5 and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for FDD LTE Bands 5 and 12; 5 and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for FDD LTE Bands 13, 14 and 17; This device also supports Frequency Range 1 5G NR modes of 5, 10, 15 and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for FDD Bands n2, n5, n25, n66 and n71; 5, 10 and 15MHz bandwidth modes for FDD Band n12; 20, 30 and 40MHz bandwidth modes for TDD Band n38; 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 90 and 100MHz bandwidth modes for TDD Band n41; 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 and 100MHz bandwidth modes for TDD Band n77; 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100MHz bandwidth modes for TDD Band n78; This device also supports 5G NR UL ENDC modes of DC_12A_n25A, DC_12A_n2A, DC_12A_n66A, DC_12A_n77A, DC_13A_n2A, DC_13A_n66A, DC_13A_n77A, DC_14A_n2A, DC_14A_n66A, DC_14A_n77A, DC_2A_n41A, DC_2A_n5A, DC_2A_n66A, DC_2A_n71A, DC_5A_n2A, DC_5A_n66A, DC_5A_n77A, DC_66A_n25A, DC_66A_n2A, DC_66A_n41A, DC_66A_n5A, DC_66A_n71A, DC_66A_n77A as described in this filing. |
