The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons and must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi- transmitter product procedures. The antenna gain used, including cable loss, must not exceed 3.0dBi at 1900 MHz / 1.4dBi at 850 MHz as defined in 2.1091 and 1.1307 of the rules for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must supply specific operating instructions and antenna installation instructions, for end-users and installers to satisfy RF exposure compliance requirements. This module can only be used with a host antenna circuit trace layout design in strict compliance with the OEM instructions provided. The use of a different trace layout other than approved requires a Class II Permissive Change or a new application as appropriate. Installation of this device into portable RF Exposure category host devices requires the submission of a Class II permissive change or new application as appropriate. Compliance of this device in all final product configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee.
