Grant CommentsOuput power is conducted. C2PC to enable, though a FW change, the operation in LTE FDD 13 frequency band. This grant is valid only when the module is sold to OEM integrators and must be installed by the OEM or OEM integrators. This device is approved for mobile and fixed use with respect to RF exposure compliance. The antenna of this transmitter must provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. Installers and end-users must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions and instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The final product operating with this transmitter must include operating instructions and antenna installation instructions, for end-users and installers to satisfy RF exposure compliance requirements. Multi-transmitter, supporting simultaneous transmission configurations, have not been evaluated and shall be evaluated according to KDB Publication 447498 and §15.31(h) and §15.31(k) composite system and § 2.1 end product terms and concepts. Compliance of this device in all final product configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. Installation of this device into specific final products may require the submission of a Class II permissive change application containing data pertinent to RF Exposure, emissions and host/module authentication, or new application if appropriate. The maximum antenna gain including cable loss for compliance with radiated power limits, RF exposure requirements and the categorical exclusion requirements of 2.1091 is 9.01 dBi for LTE FDD 2 frequency band, 6.00 dBi for LTE FDD 4 frequency band, 6.18 dBi for LTE FDD 12 frequency band and 6.94 dBi for LTE FDD 13 frequency band.
